Honestly, I doubt you'll find anywhere, LGM above isn't taking orders, EKG won't do Ibanez necks for obvious copyright infringments. Realistically, e8ay.

They can do exact specs...I don't know about the exact headstock shape but because the do "special order" stuff I think they might be able to offer the Ibanez shape since they do have Fender and Jackson shape.

They have a ton of choice; compound radius fretboard...straight radius, tons of woods to choos from, etc.

As of a year ago, though, they weren't doing AANJs:

were mentioned in another thread and someone said that they will reproduce any neck for you. (Unconfirmed.) The catch is that you need to have an original, which you ship to them for them to copy.

Also, Warmoth makes Strat head necks because they have a licensing deal with Fender. I doubt they'd be willing to do an Ibanez headstock.
