The good news is the price is ridiculously low.
The bad news is the jack that the footswitch connects to has an attitude proble. It works intermittently and seems to want to be propped at an angle to work at its best. The problem most definitley is the jack and not the switch as the switch works fine with my TSL122. One small tolex tear about one inch on the right side of the amp.

Head right? How old are the tubes?

By "head right", I think you are asking where the tolex ding is, it is on the right side of the amp not the front as you are facing the head.
I don't know how old the tubes are, the preamp are ei and svetlana, and the power are svetlana.
