Strat project guitar

I'm selling a strat project guitar I started- just don't have time to finish it.
Cream-white Mity-Mite body 4-bolt- new, one ding (not through the paint). Aged white/green pickguard.
Neck (new) is maple with dark rosewood board and large headstock w/ fender waterslide logo.New Planet Waves locking tuners.
The rest is up to you - no electronics,no pickups, no pots, no jack- it's just body, guard, neck, bridge and tuners. It'll be a good guitar when it's finished.
$200. and it'll ship packed in a box.

I can't tell, where was the neck made?

I pulled the neck and see no logos on either the neck or the body- I think the luthier shaved both neck pocket and neck- both are new. Comes with relic'd pickguard in pix.

the neck is a fender neck ? (sorry if im asking a stupid question). its not just a fender sticker etc?

Routed for H-S-S.

Body wood looks like Alder - hard to tell-might be unfigured Ash.

Fret wire is medium-not too tall and wide.

Both neck and body are not Fender. Neck came with a F sticker on it from the luthier- who was planing on building this guitar for himself. Bridge and locking tuners were $100 alone.
This is not a 'squire-level' project folks.
