I thought Vendor's were allowed to keep the price for themselves, just like Matt always does.

Matt is not taking offers and can't list prices for some items due to dealership contracts.
The issue here is keeping the thread from being an auction. If GuitarGuru just said "PM me for price" he would have been ok.

Is it a Fender body or Fender licensed body?

It's a Fender licensed body with the heel adjuster screw in it to angle the neck.
You don't see those anymore. It's got some weight to it. Not sure about the wood.

It's clear coated and finished.
The electronics cavities have been painted with shielding paint.
