WTB: 2000 or 2001 Ibanez S series MiJ neck

I am looking for an Ibanez neck MiJ, the one with the Bubinga Stripe, It's for an S520 WNF body. I'm trying my best to match them with the right year. Either a 2000 or 2001 would work great. These necks came with a wavy line inlay and and also a standard dot inlay. I would prefer the dot inlay, but let me know either way..
