WTB: Bare Knuckle Pickups U.K

I've been looking to buy a set of Bare Knuckles for a while now but for my first time trying them I don't want to spend the £190 or whatever on a new set because having never heard them in real life and having no way to try a set for myself I'd just be going by reviews for what they sound like and if they arrived and I hated them I'd have wasted quite a bit of money.

I'm mainly looking for a set of calibrated Nailbombs, F spaced with 4 conductor wiring. Not too bothered if they're covered or not.
I'm also interested in a Warpig bridge and a Cold Sweat neck, both with the same specs as above.
Also anything from above in a 7 string version, same specs but none F Spaced.

I realise there might be a slim chance of anyone having these to sell to me with those specs so just tell me anything you have and I'll consider it.
I really just want to get my first set for cheaper to see if I like them and then if I do I'll start ordering new sets for my other guitars.

I'm willing to spend around £100 for a set of 2 but that price might be able to be negotiated a bit depending on what it is I'm buying.
I've been looking everyday on the bay and nothings come up for ages but that's around the price I usually see the none covered sets go for.

got a spare VHII bridge at the moment (with a reasonably matched, non bare knuckle neck) but standard spaced. unfortunately. Just sold a f-spaced warpig - sounded great but too hot for versatility or use on a multi guitar setup. I'm after £50 for the VHII

I unfortunately don't have a guitar that a standard sized pickup would go in to
Thanks for the offer though.

Standard spacing will work OK in an F-spaced guitar, it just won't be 'optimal'.

It worked OK for EVH on his Frankenstrat.......

Re: WTB: Bare Knuckle Pickups U.K

I know but it would just always be nagging at me and annoying me if I knew the pole pieces weren't lined up properly. Stupid I know but it's the kind of thing that'd make me just want to replace them with the proper spacing down the line.

These are to go in the RG670DX btw bikeman, I finally got it sorted and I love it.
They'd some how even managed to break the trem arm holder thats inside the lo pro right in 2, I had to order a new one from cottam guitars and when I'd got it fitted the tech gave me the old one and it was sheared in to 2 pieces right through the middle.

Anyway sorry mods, no more conversation now.

I have a set of Rio Grandes (Crunchbox/Punchbox in nickel) if you're interested. They're high output monsters as well, great quality and pretty damn good sounding - there's clips at www.riograndepickups.com. Slightly less pricey than Bare Knuckles, too. And they look great. Here's a pic of them installed in my ESP:

If you're interested, I could do you a deal - they retail for around $220 here in nickel. Shoot me a PM.

Re: WTB: Bare Knuckle Pickups U.K

Thanks for the offers but after spending most of the day listening to soundclips on the Bare Knuckle forum I think the only ones that appeal to me are the ones I mentioned in the first post (calibrated Nailbombs, Cold Sweat neck and Warpig bridge) so those are the only ones I'm looking to buy.

The Rio Grandes look nice but I've no way of trying those either and I've heard less about them than I have the Bare Knuckles. They'd probably end up costing the same after shipping and taxes as well.

I think I'm looking to just deal within the UK or the EU if the price ends up being the same after shipping.

haha, if you knew anything about them you wouldn't be selling them for DiMarzios, trust me.
