WTB: Maple 24 fret neck for AANJ RG guitar

Not even sure if they made any Maple necks with the AANJ but if they did can you steer me to the correct models to search for, or if you have one I will consider buying it.

Anyone? Can someone please answer if there is such a thing as an AANJ 24 fret Wizard or Wizard II neck with a maple fretboard or do I need to contact a custom neck builder for such a thing? Strange there wouldn't be tons of these on **** like you can find the older square neck joint RG 550 necks with maple. I just want 2 to fit my RG470 AANJ bodies.

They exist! some rg350's have maple boards, i'm sure there are others.

Yes, they exist, there were some RG550's in the middle 90's with AA neck joint (incredible but real), and also de RG450DXM.... a saw some of them beeing sold in ****

Thanks guys so I guess the only "decent" AANJ maple fretboard neck is a RG550. Seems pretty rare as I have never seen one since looking online the last few years. Sorry guys, but 450's and 370.... bleck... Wouldn't dream of it. That would be the equivilent of slapping a RG270 neck on a RG550/RG570!

if you're looking for a high quality neck and aren't patient enough to find a 550 aanj, check out some of the builders that do custom aanj necks.

I own a 2001 rg550 with maple board and AANJ so i can confirm they exist up to that date.
