Thumbs up

WTT Old Jem for...

Item for Trade: Your JEM777DY or SK or JEM77FP or JEM7PBK or RB

Description & Condition: Good Players condition. Not looking for a museum piece

Asking Price: Looking to trade two (2) 1989 RG750's, one VP (Violet Pearl) and one FA (Five Alarm Red)

As depicted here: http://www.ibanezrules.com/catalogs/us/1989/rg7.jpg
Both of the colours I have are there on the page!

My Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada

Other Information: The 750's are in excellent player condition. I am a tech and have set both guitars up with 9's and they play awesome. Both have Bound Wizard Necks with Rosewood Fretboards and Shark Teeth inlays, and Basswood bodies and Original Edge Trems. All electronics are stock and are working beautifully. The VP has a piece of headstock binding missing and a number of chips and scratches on the body, none of which impair its sound or playability. The FA one has one large (1/2") chip on the back edge of the body, not visible from the front and one smaller chip (1/4") in the lower horn. I bought the FA with a broken headstock. It was partially broken at the point where the screws attach the locking nut. As I said, I am a tech, so I repaired it with the assistance of my boss who has been a guitar repairman for almost 30 years. it is a strong joint now, probably stronger than new, but unfortunately, because of the break and the time is sat before I bought it and repaired it, the crack is visible.

I can provide pictures of both upon request. I will provide Close-ups of the neck repair also...

Anyone interested please PM me or reply to this thread!

Thanks!

Trevor
