Looks real to me, but I'm not a JS guitar expert either.

Re: anyone heard of this???

In the last thread that talked about a JS-special this is what Rich said.
"Sweet Lee [or Tommy Lee, I never can remember which] ordered them to have Joe sign when he was in Asia doing a series of clinics. That would be the correct story, they were not made for him to use. They are not an "official" release from Ibanez, if they were it might be a little different [like a JEM15th where the signed plate actually means something]. If you want the signature bad enough to pay that much for it is up to you, IIRC they were $1100ish when they were new, which was [I think] 2000. But it's still a JS900 if it doesn't have the push pulls."

I am guessing the listed guitar is one of these.

Re: anyone heard of this???

I am sure Rich will come along and chime in at some point.

But that guitar is definitely not worth $4000.

No production/company guitar is worth 4000, IMO. I mean I guess collector's pieces that will gain value over time, but not from a playing guitars perspective.

No way would I pay 4000.00 but I never knew that they made a model under that name? Seemed a little fraudulant.
