Worst swirl ive ever seen and imo appears to be a lower end model, not one where the edge has been swapped.

Its a 7420 as stated before look at the pickup tabs - they are squared and not triangle as would be indicative of a true 7620. I suspect either the previous owner or current owner pulled the neck for the custom inlays, saw 7-620 and thought the whole guitar was in fact a 7620 when in reality only the neck is. (Many, if not all, 7420's actually came with 7620 necks.)

Kinda a butt-ugly swirl unless the lighting and camera are seriously downplaying the overall look. That could be part of it - look how dark the pyramids are....

I remember the confusion about those necks, they were 1pc at first and then switched to the 7620 neck.

Puke on a 7420 and then put the hardware back on it, that's about the same effect. You didn't miss much.
