'Bay Auction for an Incredible JC - Sketchy?

Well, seller had to re-list, but included more pics this time. Someone bought-out the auction for $2500 within just a few hours: IBANEZ J CUSTOM 7 STRING GUITAR IN MINT CONDITION !!! (321049603154)

I was bummed, until IbanezDaemon came through with some information for me, since the seller posted pics with the serial number--15078--this time. Turns out, this guitar passed through Rich's hands and he has a number of pics of it on his site. Though in good condition, it definitely isn't "mint" as the seller describes.

I think the buyer is going to be a little disappointed when it arrives. After seeing those pics, I'm SO glad I didn't pull the trigger.

I looked through the pics on Rich's site. That's honestly really good shape for one of these. Finding them in truly dead mint is tough. Not saying it isn't misleading by the seller to list it that way, but it's still a very nice guitar.

It is in good shape, I agree (or, it was back then anyway). Personally, I don't think it's $2500 shape though, and I think the seller (unintentionally) misled a bit by calling it "mint" and not taking closeup pics of the dings and whatnot. I guess there's a chance too that the seller had some of those things professionally repaired.
