Carvins Customer Service = The Best
Ok I just got off the phone with Carvin. I just got the amp today so ya know your checking stuff out, just eye balling stuff, and then I was like wait a minute my amp is supposed to come with Celestions not Carvin speakers..
So I call Carvin and explain one of the selling points that made me buy there amp over everyone elses was the fact that it was standard with Celestion G12-75's and not the companys home brand speaker. Well after the manager check and there website does in fact say Celestions not Carvin Brand they are sending me out a Pair of Celestion G12-75s no charge.
Now that is customer service..

Awesome, it seems that customer service is such a rarity anymore+ if the Carvin speakers arent all the bad you made out like a bandit.

MTS3212 Its a nice amp.. Kind of a hot rodded marshall tone.. Needs a pedal in front of it for a little more gain(its not high gain) but I like it.

Nice score! I love Carvin amps; their
clean tone
is very nice and warm. You can always dial up some extra gain with a pedal, but you can't pedal yourself to sparkly clean

It has been updated on everything but there website. If I ordered from a catalog it wouldnt have mattered its in print that its not celestions anymore. And since i didnt talk to a salesperson to tell me otherwise it wasnt told to me either.
I understand its false advertising but on carvins side they could of told me to send the old ones back when the celestions arrived. And thats what makes it good customer service. They admitted the problem and said for my troubles keep the other speakers.

I think the thing here is that so many companies today would rather just give you two fingers and say it was a "production change" or some other BS. It sounds to me that Carvin was very professional in recognizing their mistake and fixing it.
Yes, this is a service that should be considered standard, but IMO when so many companies don't care that much, this would stand out and be great CS in comparison with other companies.
