I need the bolt/stud (holds trem to the body of the guitar and allows it to toggle) for a 92 Ibanez ex1700 series. Gold finish for standard trem.

Tried that, Unfortunatly, my model came with the standard trem, and he only carries the lo pro and edge parts.

If Rich can't get the part it's very doubtful that anyone will be able to.
I'm not familiar with the part your talking about but if it's highly unlikely that an obscure part from a guitar that old is even made anymore or has been for quite some time.

It might be worth posting a picture of this part to see if anyone can suggest a possible match (or close enough match)of another brand.
It's a long-shot though!

You need a tremolo post or tremolo stud in gold.
Most tremolo manufacturers offer them in gold but I'm not sure any of them will fit your current tremolo inserts or tremolo anchors.

As all good Ibanez trems are made by Gotoh (and have been for a long time) your best bet is to try and find a set of gold trem posts for a Gotoh made Wilkinson VS-100 tremolo.

I'd strongly advise you to purchase the whole set (2 inserts and 2 posts) and if the posts don't fit your current inserts simply take your guitar to a tech to replace both inserts and posts.

I agree with dex that would be your best way. Alternative you could talk to your local Ibanez dealer and hear if they can get the part you need.
