ESP Crafthouse


This issus has pissed me off for weeks


it all start at 06 xmas when i try to purchase a guitar from them. They said they are out of stock and the whole japan is out of stock but they can put me on order and it would take 4 - 5 months.

Ok, fair enough so all goes good until the guitar is done. So i pay the money and the ship the guitar out to a domestic japan address before someone will ship it out internationally to me. Things goes wrong now. They claim shipping takes 3days in Japan. so 1 full week gone, no sign of the guitar. Esp tried to trace it, they claim the shipping company lost the guitar but its possible to track it. Now 4 working days after they knew the guitar is sent out wrong. ESP still cant get to the guy or the shipping company who has my guitar adn just told me to wait. WTF the longer i wait, the bigger the chance the guitar is gone.

Sure they can offer me $$$ back but hey. i ****en waited 5 months for a guitar then do u think i want my $$ back? I want the ****en guitar. And then they said they now have a made in 2006 model instock. WTF?? Didnt you claim there arent any within the whole Japan back in 06 xmas?!!

Furthermore, they urge the guitar needs to be shipped out and no picking up.
Ok fine, then they should make sure that everything will go smooth. It has been 4weeks. Moneys paid and not even a single clue of where the guitar is. Vanished in the middle of the air..

I cant believe a big company like that can let these kind of stuff happen. They need to change the shipping company.

I know how you feel mate. I've been in such a situation and surprise surprise, it's the courier's fault. That was one hell of a mess for both parties though the seller got off worse since he lost some money.

Yeh

But ESP should have change to a more reliable courier
they said that it happens occasionally.

Then shouldnt you do something about it knowing that the courier company u linked with have some problem?
