Re: ET Guitars - New Vendor OFFICIAL THREAD

Here's an update.
I'm still waiting for an Earvana nut, straps button, switch tip and knobs. I also ordered tuner conversion bushings as the tuner holes are too big for vintage kluson tuner type.
Now there's also this piece of wood at the nut... would it be a problem with the strings when the nut would be installed?

Re: ET Guitars - New Vendor OFFICIAL THREAD

how good is ET at reproducing the "Ibanez" feel? I'd love to get a left handed green dot UV replica. But I really want the true Ibby feel of the UV neck...

Re: ET Guitars - New Vendor OFFICIAL THREAD

ET Guitars has a waiting list and order backlog currently. We need to reduce the waiting list, and are working hard to increase output capacity.

BUT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ORDERS UNDER A FOUR (4) MONTH WAIT TIME, AS WE NEED TO REDUCE THE WAITING LIST TO A MORE MANAGABLE LEVEL. TYPICAL ORDER WAIT TIMES WILL THEREFORE BE 5 - 6 MONTHS FOR ANY ORDERS PLACED CURRENTLY.

We hope you can bear with us and understand the situation, we certainly refuse to go down the path of other custom shop vendors. So, if you can work with a longer waiting time for your project, then we're more than happy to work with you and schedule it all through in the longer timeframe. We will always discuss your projects with you, its just we don't want to disappoint anyone or mislead with the true wait period.

Otherwise, all is well here at ET, there's a bunch of new stuff coming through, and some really cool projects being completed. Also gotta find time to finish that Chrome Jem prototype... btw, we've chosen to do a completely different approach with the neck for that one... more details later

Re: ET Guitars - New Vendor OFFICIAL THREAD

I havent played any of his necks, but if there anything like his bodies I'm sure there awesome. The body he made me was spot on. I had an actual Ibanez JPM neck that bolted right up with no mod needed.
