I've been dealing with ET via email about a guitar, though I haven't placed an order yet (still working on details) and i can say without reserve that they've probably got the best customer service i've ever delt with when it comes to guitars. I send an Email and there's a reply concerning what i was asking for (like photo's specs etc) the next day when i get to work early in the A.M. From the looks of it ther guitars are just as good too!

Is that swamp ash? Should be pretty neat. I just bought the wood for my custom project, its gonna be white korina with a quilt maple top
