evil01ws6, you rock. (Brown nosing thread)
I didn't know exactly where to post this... gear and equipment, or buy sell, etc.... I figured since I bought it here, I'll post about it here...
Just wanted to say thank you to evil01ws6 (I don't say real names without permission)... I bought a Legacy head from him, and it was exactly as described... packed great, and it sounds like a champ. He saved me money instead of buying from Carvin direct, and I might as well have because the thing is in brand new condition. Since there's no feedback rating system here like certain other places....
Thank You

I'm way more buyer than seller, I'll never be a salesman, which is why I love customers like evil that know what they want and go after it, like me

I agree, in my dealings with Rich, I will have to say you don't get an eye for detail and great product unless you are a buyer first. Rich is definately a buyer first. P.S. I'm going to my first antique auction this weekend, thanks a lot !!! LOL

Great place to start, and a lousey place too
Auction house where they sell by lot # is the easiest ride, usually the most expensive depending on what you're buying. Estate auctions [on site] are quite different as you'll have no idea where they'll move to or what they'll sell next [in other words you have to pay attention and be there the whole time]. Estate auctions are not all created equal. Some of them on site at a single estate and they'll sell everything right down to the mop bucket. Then there's estate auctions they pepper with fakes for the gullibles, estate auctions that are picked and combined multiple estates which are your best auctions, but never think everything is as described, auctions unless guaranteed [Sotheby's, Butterfields, etc.] are purely caveot emptor, everything sold as is [and watch out for the buyer's premium!]
