No, they say it is a real Epihone Les Paul, with the sawblade graphic on it. the die-cast model is the chopper; the motorcycle.
It's definitely a money loser, but it's possibly legit.

No. Go to "more photos" and you will see a DIECAST MOTORCYCLE with Zakk Wylde's name on it as well as his sawblade paint.

That is exactly NOT what it says on Zakk's site. You buy the MP4 player, you get a die cast chopper motorcycle model AND a guitar.

Personally, I'm not biting. But many folks on other sites are (including people who's opinions I respect), so I thought I'd throw this out there. They are very definitely SAYING you will get a guitar, not a model of a guitar, or painting of a guitar, or whatever of a guitar. A guitar.

In an effort to cut down on some really foolish emails, and so I don't lose my mind, let's address a few things.

1.) THIS IS A REAL GUITAR. You wouldn't believe how many damn emails we've gotten asking if this guitar is a mini or a replica. So I don't have to pound my head on the desk any more...IT IS A REAL EPIPHONE GUITAR. Complete with wood, strings, paint, pickups, the works. And yes...you CAN play it.

2.) It's NOT a Gibson. That one is self explanitory.

3.) As ORIGINALLY STATED (don't know how people missed it) the GUITARS SHIP IN MARCH!!!! THE MP4 PLAYERS SHIP IN 6-8 WEEKS!!! THE DIECASTS SHIP IN 2 WEEKS!!!

Hopefully that will reduce the emails I'm getting asking these things.

Again, I've got all the Epiphones I need. I'm just throwing it out there. These guitars sell often in the 'Bay for $400+. However, if you can't afford to lose the price of the MP4 player, I'd pass. But that's just me. Anyway....

They have no reason to throw in a guitar with the mp4 player; especially if the guitar costs more than the player itself.

I fully and truthfully believe they will give away 'some' guitars or Zakk would blow a piston. Maybe 10, maybe 50, but I can't really see them giving away hundreds or thousands. They don't name the brand of the MP4 player, and it might be total crap. Some people will buy this without even knowing what an MP4 player is or does. This place might possibly send you something in March saying, "Sorry, we ran out of guitars, but please accept this $100 gift certificate for future purchases at our neat-o website". I don't know. I like expensive sure things, not reasonable gambles, personally But CLEARLY the free guitar is the reason for the MP4 buying hysteria going on at that site. It might be a bait and switch, I don't know.
