How much is a Ibanez JEM 10th worth?

I've seen a 10 year old one in good cond and comes with case and everything for $1800. I was wondering if this is a good deal? Perfect frets/etc apparently. Please check if its a fake.
Preferably in $Australian if you can be bothered.

There's nothing Mint about that one, but you can't do much better than a 10th for 1800AUD.

Benny, Be careful mate.... they are the same pics as an ad here at jemsite a few months ago... it could be legit, I saw it, but would want better proof the guy has it for sure

Drop quik a PM and see if he sold it to Aus. The ad is similar too as well as the pics, so worth checking. Or if you are close, go and see him.

468 JEMS of all types have been sold on the bay since March 2008. Four of these were 10ths. The confirmed sales prices were;

$2800 USD
$3000 USD
$3500 USD
$3995 USD

A fifth JEM 10th went unsold at $3500 USD with 26 bids.
