I was thinking of setting up my own guitar shop..... :)

I was looking into setting up my own guitar shop, and I just wanted to ask anyone who already does, where do you buy all the guitars, amps, accessories, etc. you sell, are they bought straight from the manufacturer or do you get them from wholesalers, or does it vary?
