Ibanez Jpm P1 on ****

Hello I hope this is the right place to post

I´ve been looking at this P1 at **** (see: http://cgi.****.com/ws/****ISAPI.dll...sid=p3907.m29), and I´m just not sure about this guy... He´s feedback is quite bad, but he sold a P2 successfully some months ago. I told him that his price was too high, and he changed it very quickly. He wants me to pay through paypal. I´m not a very experienced ****er and just wanted some second opinions

So please respond fast, it´s going in 1day and 1 hour.

And one more thing. If I buy it and end up not getting it, will paypal give me the money back? Thanks

I forgot to mention that he has sent me more pictures of him and his guitar. The guy in the pictures looks just like the profile picture he has on e-bay, so I guess it´s him.

Check for the local Paypal policy on non-delivery. I believe you will get your money back.

But, for not-as-described delivery (i.e. he sends you a chibanez) you might not be covered by Paypal, so check that out very carefully in the Terms and Conditions.

If you use your credit card, though paypal, wouldn't your credit card co offer the protection and the chargeback if you need it?

Really not sure about that. I think he is trustable, been mailing him a lot now, and he does seem he is honest. But now I have another problem, I have an offer on a Jpm90ham, which was what I intentionally wanted, but at a higher cost ofcourse:P I have half an hour to decide which one to take. Pressure!!
