Re: IBANEZFREAKSTORE -- Official Vendor Thread
out of curiosity, how much is shipping a guitar from Bangkok to say, the US?
I ask because I shipped a box slightly larger than a shoebox to family last year and it came out to almost 80 US dollars and took 3 weeks. Granted, it was to Khon Kaen, but I can't imagine the nightmare cost of shipping an insured expensive guitar...not to mention customs.

Re: IBANEZFREAKSTORE -- Official Vendor Thread
Got your green knobs dude.....
You can tell the difference between the BS green ones and the
Ibanez
Freak's solid green.
Ibanez Freak may just be the Green Knob Savior..
So left is the Ibanezfreak green and to the right the BS green.
I did ran into a minor snag it doesn't seem fit onto the volume and tone pot. No worries where theres a will theres a way...

Re: IBANEZFREAKSTORE -- Official Vendor Thread
Thanks for the post,
ashame it doesn't fit your guitar, is the vol tone pot ibanez, or another brand ?
To be honest I would have assumed they would fit on many types of guitars other then ibanez. Maybe you need to push harder :P or scrap out the insides to allow a better fit..
Glad you got them and that your pleased with the color.

Re: IBANEZFREAKSTORE -- Official Vendor Thread
IIRC there are differences in various pots sizes and some pots might not fit these. I had the same problem with one of my proejcts... Stock Ibanez ones will fit.

Thanks for that Jazzedout..
Id assume that these would fit on stock Ibanez pots... I guess others are just a gamble..

Re: IBANEZFREAKSTORE -- Official Vendor Thread
I am not sure, but I think Dimarzio pots are a little thicker on top and they are hard to fit Ibanez knobs...

Yeah and the dimarzio tip is to fat for the Ibanez tip cover.

Re: IBANEZFREAKSTORE -- Official Vendor Thread
I was going to carefully scrape the insides of the volume and tone knob.
For the pickup tip selector I can use a piece of thin plastic and slip inside so it tight stays on.
I noticed my luither did that with my last tip.
It's a bummer but I'm much much happier that my knobs pop more than the BS green knobs. Its a simple solution just need to be careful with making the mods. I wonder if I can use a soldering gun with a very thin tip.
To be honest I think my BS green knobs were the same the insides looked like they were carefully modified to fit on the volume and tone pot. I'll take a picture of it later and show it.
Seriously its worth it to me dude I love my knobs and you may see more future purchases from me.
I wanted to hook you up and show everyone the difference of BS Green and your official solid base Ibanez Knobs
You rule dude..
Thanks
Alex
