Yeah, I checked it this morning because I was curious to see if he was going to change it. I know it does no good, but I reported it anyway.

I don't see the telltale signs of this being fake. How can you tell? I think it might be a 7VWH that was just modded and not kept very well.

First up Hi I'm new
I've just bought what i think may be a fake Jem7VWH, i've done a bit of research online about these guitars but unfortunately after i bought it not before. The one thing that i have'nt came acrosss in my research is a serial no. like mine, there is no letter at the start just 9 no.s and made in Japan Serial 050212075.It is definately a zero at the start and not a C








your thoughts please

whats with the all no. serial though? never seen it mentioned anywhere else, also could you please tell me why there is no doubt it is fake, i dont doubt it, would just like to know

The hardware, cavity covers, headstock, monkey grip, tremolo, etc...

Once you have looked a real one over closely, then you can spot a fake easy. Thankfully the Ibanez fakes are pretty east to spot compared to some of the Gibson fakes I have seen.

there are more chibanez on the uk bay
one says it´s a replica (serial nr.c02060876) 170123300940
the other says ibanez jem (serial nr. c02060876) 250132100193
LoL to with same number and they do not even look the same
