the serial number indicates its from 2000, but 7vwh jems came with ebony until 2004 right? and why does it have cosmo nut and tuners? maybe its a 555 neck with the vine done and thats why the owner says the board has a hole in a fret because that is where the dot inlay was originally?
Iīm only supposing, but the rosewood boars is kind of weird as well as the cosmo hardware

check out the pocket holes though. The guy says it hasnt been used. Its obviously come off of or onto something that required drilling different holes.

Also black hardware + rosewood fingerboard, so it's either fake or just sb messed up with it

Just sent him a question about better pics and the story behind the drill hole.

The 24th fret looks quite strange in my eye. The scalloping doesn't look right and the fret marks on the side are a bit strange too. Or maybe it's just my imagination..
