jem neck on the bay , something smells fishy

I'm really leery about pulling the trigger on this one, he called the ibanez factory and they just sent him a jem neck for free?
I'm sorry but i dont buy his story.
what do you guys think?

Looks legit. I don't really doubt his story since it's stamped S (Second).

Yeah it's legit. I bought the floral guitar he's talking about off him. I ended up winning the neck as well.
