So now there is a LNG on the bay for $7,100 for sale by the same person selling the DNA. The DNA price came down a little but both prices are still INSANE...especially the LNG.

That definitely is Jem Searcher's basement, wonder what gives?

I quit wondering years ago. In the old circles I used to run in, new people would quickly build up somewhat large collections of EVH EBMM's, Jacksons, Charvels, etc. - outbidding me and other collectors in the rush. Within 6 months, all their crap would be for sale and I've been able to score guitars I missed on initially for less than I originally would have paid. I call it the "credit card collector" story - lots of quick charges but then the bill comes...and the interest charges come...and the wife flips. All the stuff gets sold quickly after that. I can think of at least 10 "collectors" that have liquidated in short order in this manner.

Trust I have no idea what's going on with the seller here, but that's what I've seen in the past. The seller of the DNA bought the DNA from me so I have nothing against him.

I will not buy a guitar with credit, Unless i have the cash it does not happen. 36 guitars on hand at this moment.

"credit card collector" that was funny. I have to agree with sebastian and above speaker-i am glad not to spend more than i can pay and i don't buy unless i got the cash. I think it's a good thing.

From the one set of pictures it seems like he has 2 lng's. I thought he just might be getting rid of the extra but now i'm guessing there's something happening because he's adding more guitars.

Did he ever buy an SK777? Well even if he did have one, he'd probably want 5K for it lol

The price on the PMC seems ok to me actually!!!

How many other PMCs do you know of for sale at the moment? How many of those have a reasonable swirl on them?

With less then 300 to go around there will always be a limited supply. The question is whether there is sufficient demand...

The last PMC I saw for sale was in Chicago in June.
The guy wanted $2500 but woldn't ship it to me.

In 2010 I paid $2500 for the one in the gallery.... I like my swirl.

Which is my point, there's not 3 hanging in each Guitar Center like there might be with an RG350. If you want one, you have to find one and then hope that the seller's idea of a price is in line with your own idea of a price

At current exchange rates, I think $2500 is a steal for a PMC...
