hmm. the proper place for that one would be the buy and sell discussion forum, in one of the threads about overpriced guitars.

That's th emost I've ever heard a 10th being offered for. Well, ok, maybe not, but it's way above the $2500 i've alweays sorta seen as about the upper limit for one in amazing shape...

Combined with the shrinking dollar, here's the last one to sell

That guitar didn't actually sell. I chatted to the guy about it as he doesn't live too far away from me. At the last minute someone put a buy it now at that price, and then said it was an 'accident' and did not purchase.

Having said that he did offer to sell it at his reserve (£2900 ) but I had to decline. I could ship 2 cats to Australia for that!!

when Chromeboys, PMC's, GMC's etc come into the stores 2nd hand they usually put a price on for about £2500 and sell for around £2000.

But there seems to be alot of High bidding and no paying on ebay.co.uk recently.

I wonder if Brits here baught a JS 10th for $5K? I hope not.

On the otherhand Crystal Planets aren't that popular here. - Nobody paying 5k for one of those.

If you angle the cp in just the right way it's enough to make Ron Jeremy blush

Anyways - back to the topic!!

There's one gone up in Italy today. Some dude has bid against himself in a no reserve auction.

Oh and he just happens to have registered today - there's a shock

The one on ebay Italia is really really used. The guy put posts on Italian websites since November 03 and was asking 1900 Euros. The JS apparently did not sell so he put it on evil bay. From the pictures I've seen, I can only say that this JS10th is really really overpriced. Just wanted to let you know.
