Vendors, Auction & Reseller Talk
Not for posting JEM/UV ads. Not for posting dealer/broker ads. Not for advertising ebay auctions. This is to chat about resellers, various gear in question, odd items or the people selling them.

Just got done
Just got done on **** by a member with about 10 positive feedback and zero negative when I bought the item. The guys Evilbay username is natee_01 and it the negatives are stating to roll in now. Im pretty sure I wont get the money back from PayPal... being as they are the ****test company in the world. (Did I mention PayPal is ****, if I didnt then I think its worth mentioning again just how **** it is)
So this guy is up at least $1000... judging by the negatives that have just come in.
Is there anything I can do. Was thinking of getting the delivery addresses from the people who sent him items and then providing that information to the Thai embassy and to his local police.... this will certainly put me off buying from low feedback (<20) sellers from any country.

Re: Just got done
Wow man, that really sucks.
I just checked his feedback. All his feedback from people he's sold to is negative. All the positive feedback he's gotten is from people he's bought from.
I don't think he had sold anything on **** prior to the things he sold to all that just got ripped off.
Really hope paypal come through for you. Keep us posted.

Re: Just got done
I am almost certain that with Paypal, you are covered up to £500(1000USD thereabouts) so you should be ok

Re: Just got done
PayPal should cover you, yeah.
How long the refund proceedings take is another question though. I would have thought that PayPal would have spent weeks/months investigating it all. So it will be quite a while until any 'refund' is given. But it's well worth letting PayPal get on with it.
Sorry to hear about this, and I hope it gets sorted.

That's a lie by PayPal. They cover you IF they can get the money, after 10 days, back out of his account. Which is completely f*cking bollo*ks.
We got done for £165, and PayPal just held their hands up and said "sorry mate, not much we can do, he's taken the money out." We got £110 back through e-bay itself, but that was all.
PayPal are the biggest pile of extortionate f*cking f*ckheads there ever f*cking was. I hate them and their company, and their ridiculous 4%, for which you get nothing.

Re: Just got done
Sorry to hear that, man. . . What a joke! I got scammed not too long ago, luckily I found out BEFORE I sent the funds.
