I have heard nothing. This guy is a grade A crook. I have left him double digit voice messages and twice as many emails. PLEASE NO ONE GIVE THIS CROOK ANY MORE MONEY.

there's no doubt he has no chance geting any more business around here... But firstly how much "business" has he already taken and just pocketed the cash. Secondly, is he doing the rounds at other forums scamming in the exact same way?

I really do hope the Jemsite team can come up with appropriate action, but I am not sure how or what they can do.... but the hope is to firstly prevent further "business" and try to assist it's patrons in getting their originally ordered product or return of funds. (NOTE: not holding you boys to this but anything you can do would be greatly appreciated).

I would like to see his banner removed and him dismissed from here. Would love to see a banner in his place stating something to the effect of beware of this guy/do not buy from.

well there is an address on his site? One could, if they spent enough money or just felt like taking a road trip, take a ride and visit him to retrieve money spent.

I guess it ain't goin' anywhere because of the final post in it by the jemsiters - this one probably came about because of sheer frustration and annoyance....and the hope that he may surface with some response .... but looks like it ain't happening!
