john just sent me an e-mail so he should be getting back to all you shortly.

my neck is set to ship tomorrow, i got updated pics and it looks great . pron and review to come soon

I just got an email from john also stating he was sorry it didn't work out and he is sending me return labels and will be refunding me. can't ask for more than that. I don't have a guitar but I will get one somewhere. the new 77v is looking pretty sweet.

Ummm ok, as this is your first post about this, have you not received your order, have you received something defective, have you asked for a refund and not gotten it?

If the answer to any of those questions is not yes then you have no reason to dispute your charge. I'd suggest calling John and cancelling your order, and asking for your money back.

I placed an order for a JEM7VWH neck in December and still haven't received it. John has not replied to numerous voice mails and emails for three weeks. That's enough for me!

God, this sucks! Our most reliable luthier's dealing with medical issues (our thoughts go out to you, brother), the close second is across the pond, The Woods man is overbooked, and now we're dealing with cheap seconds or no shows. And yes, I'm paying close attention to this thread because I was thinking of getting some work done, but I've been burned enough. Time to just start looking for a nice Prestige or JC. . .
