My New Website (UK based) [www.richardfayguitars.co.uk]

Hi everyone,
Finally got my website up and running (takes ages to setup a new business):
www.richardfayguitars.co.uk
Have a look, let me know what you think (don't be too harsh please lol), you can contact me through the email on the site if ya like.
I'm starting by mainly focussing on replacement swirled bodies, although there's pics of other guitars on the site aswell, and I'll consider doing anything lol!!
Anyway,
Regards to everyone,
Rich

Actually, no seriously, that neck is awesome and if you want to sell it I'd take it in an instant (depending on price obviously!)

Not sure how much this verges on vendor territory (you might want to speak to glen about that) but seeing how we, as a site, love swirls I hope you have a roaring success with this venture, your work is fantastic!

OMG that birdseye maple with the pyramid inlays is GORGEOUS!

How much does a neck like that cost, if you don't mind me asking?

just curious. in this pic (http://www.btinternet.com/~faymarine/08e.JPG) the neck appears to be 5 piece construction but still has a scarf joint!

Serratus,

Congrats and good luck to you. The guitars look great!!

My only critique, is a small one. It's regarding the bold type on your pages. Hurts the eyes after reading through all your info.

Ok, thanks Glen - I wasn't sure whether I was posting it in the right place!

Yep, I was just trying out different types of construction - all my necks have a scarf joint, but as it was a 27" scale length I thought it might want a bit of stiffening, hence the bubinga stripes.

Okay, thanks for that, perhaps some of the longer stretches of text should be normal not bold. Thanks again for the feedback.

Someone else just asked me the same thing! I'm looking into it, as to build that one took me a long time - I cut and made all the inlays by hand which is not easy in 0.9mm thick shell. So I'm having a look at having the inlays made by people who specialise in that sort of thing. I'll get back to you.

Thanks everyone else for the kind words (it's not easy getting something like this going - I'm knackered!!!).
