And the AANJ top-left screw location is really off
I saw one of those in Israel, but the dude did acknowledge it's a fake.

"DO YOU THINK THAT
STEVE VAI
USE’S THE STANDARD 7V PRODUCTION NECK, I DON’T THINK SO!!!!"
The best part:
"THE HEADSTOCKS ARE FITTED WITH IBANEZ JEM 7V FACTORY LOGOS, NOT THE CHEAP RUBBISH THAT YOU SOMETIMES FIND ON ****, THEY ARE THE CORRECT SIZE INC THE CORRECT “JEM” PART."
If the logos are the correct size, then those headstocks are WAY too big.

Apparently this guy thinks the "Made in Korea" on the headstock somehow translates to "Hand Made" in the "Tokyo
Custom Shop
." Maybe we should get Rich to give him the briefing...

Re: New auctions to laugh at
That doubleneck is up to $1900. It looks decent, but for being a total custom of unknown origin, that seems pretty steep.

I told him there was no such thing as the Tokyo Custom Shop and that the Giger is Korean-built.

I have ended my listing. I was told when I purchased this guitar that it was first an american made then later they told me it was made in Japan. So this afternoon I talked to the Ibanez Rep who says he has been to the Tokyo Custom Shop in person. So he says. The I blew up the pic I have of this guitar and when I saw it said Made in Korea I ended the listing. Not to worry it is no longer available. Thanks for letting me know,
dj

What, he couldn't look at the back of the headstock? Why did he have to look at a PICTURE? Doesn't he have a guitar? Why the hell would he spend that kind of money on a guitar that he has NO CLUE about? Jeeze!
