The seller took the butchered PWH down... someone must have made them an impressive offer for the neck.

Re: New auctions to laugh at

Not funny auctions here, but check out the prices this guy wants for his gear, frigging bargain if these auctions are genuine! £350 for a USA SL1 and £350 for a Mesa Nomad! They seem to be a little too good to be true, anyone else fancy taking a chance on the auctions to be genuine?

Can't believe nobody posted this one...$1549 BIN modded with EMG and just look at the fretboard. EWWWW! I wouldn't touch that with Elcid's fingers!

He wins the 'Gem' award of the week too. He wrote it twice.

Let's see.... the finish is faded to the point where it's almost orange, the fretboard looks water-damaged, and the lion's claw looks like it was filled with beach sand. Someone must have thrown it off a boat in the mid-Atlantic, where it eventually floated back to shore, where the EMGs were subsequently installed.

Chance to own a little bit of "Steve Vai history"- indeed. A neck with a broken headstock bestowed backstage... almost Arthurian.

Yes, ladies and gentlefolk, you too can own your very own floral print ibanez jem with gorilla grip! Bids starting at $199...

Did I mention that the print was one that Ibanez doesn't do? Truly a collector's item! Just like the one Stevie plays...

I guess he should mentioned "custom" made. But its pretty cool though and the price is just about right.

The neck looks like it has mildew on it!
That's freaking gross!

It looks as if it was used as an ashtray...

It also appears that they've stripped a few screws on the pickguard.

I've seen 12 year olds take better care of their Squire Bullets for crying out loud.

More like they have a few screws loose!

I love the silver pan-head screws. Classic.
He lowered his BIN $100. I'm definitely going to pick that one up
