Some might pay 40G's for the pickups alone if it is truly a 60 SG. That one isn't really laughable...

That is what I thought as it doesn't have the distinctive Chibanez features, if it is a real JEM someone is gonna grab a bargain. But why is he selling it so cheap. Old saying "if it seems to good to be true then it is."

I'd be wary, but tempted.

This is still a scam. One of the pics shows a neck with a vine stopping at 3rd fret whereas the pictures showing the whole guitare has a vine going all long the neck. The guy just made a mix between pictures from various places and he is also a "1" feedback profile...
