I like how he knows everything there is to know about Ibanez guitars, he knows model numbers, endorsers and hardware jargon, and "much more than you'll ever know" - but he still "believed" that he had a JS3 ?!?! What a loser.

Nah, just some asswipe that was intentionally defrauding, here's a few more excerpts of following emails. Pleasant individual huh?

I can tell, but others cant. The company I work for bought
this guitar for only $30, so I didnt get ripped off you
jack off piece of ****. A real Timmons model does sell to
jack assess like you for that price, but to people like me
who have been in the music buisness for over 20 years, I
get discounts at various places. Maybe you would too, if
you werent so glued to your computer and if you would stop
jacking off to pics of david hasslehoff you queer
mother****er. I do know more than you could ever dream of,
and probably will forget more than you will ever know. I
am now done talking to you, as I have more important
things to do with my time than write you and let you know
how slow you are. Please be careful when stepping on the
short bus.

I work at a pawn shop. I get paid to be a
legal thief. That is what I do, and believe me, I do it
well. You enjoy yourself, and thanks for letting me know what I do,dont,
and what guitars I have had in the past. I have owned over
325 different makes, models, brands. I do know my ****,
and so do you. Big ****ing deal. I dont make money because
I go out and buy a guitar for $1000 and sell it for $1025.
I am a salesman, not a hobbyist. So for all your little
comments, all your little attitudes, all your little books
that you can look up different guitars in, I say good for
you. Real good for you. I am real happy for you. If you
dont want the damn guitar, dont bid. But you dont need to
write everyone that might have a fake out there and let
them know. They obviously already do, and that is why they
sell them. The only reason why you would, is to try and let
the world know how good you are.....well, bravo
dickhead...bravo

Now I get it. I checked out your site, and you are a con
man also. You try to make it sound like your not, but you
are. The only ibanez guitars that were ever worth whet you
are trying to get are the JEMs and the satrianis. Maybe a
few of the american made guitars, but just like you,
Ibanez is too cheap to set up a large production line here
in the U.S, they would rather get the japs to do it for
cheap, like you! Why dont you just stop writing...oh,
because you have no clients and are getting so lonely. I
guess I am the only one you can respond to. Well good luck
on your little buisness, I am sure you might get somewhere
someday.

Like I said, we only paid 30 for it in the first place, so
I am not necessarily trying to rip anyone off. If I sell
it for 35, it is still profit. So you have better prices
than the ones on ****. You obviously bought them
somewhere, so you and I both know that **** is not the
cheapest way to buy a guitar. What is your point. Enjoy
yourself. You write even one of my bidders, and I will
make sure that you will no longer have an account on ****,
and will do everything I can to terminate your site.
Thank you for the pleasant chat

I finally told him if he didn't update the listing I'd just turn him in for intentional fraud and he'd be suspended. I guess he finally got the point.

After telling me how many times he was done? LOL

Here was my last letter to him.

i proved to you it's an ex, you proved you know it's a fake. fraud, open
and shut.

if you listed it as what it is [an ex1500] you probably actually realize
better dollars!!
i'm not the one trying to commit fraud asswipe [and ****'s moral clause
has a weak hand behind it. unfortunately their fraud does too, you'd
just get the auction ended and a formal warning the first time, which
goes on your record, but, the second time is an "indefinate
suspension", and an ******* like you is betting on getting caught twice.

why would i waste my time on you? because you're such a pleasant
individual. you could have written back "hey, thanks" and off our own
ways we'd go, but you had to make being a dickhead a full time job. i
always keep a little spare time in my day for dealing with dickheads,
and making sure they get exactly what they deserve.

This is priceless

All right, now I have taken it off. I do have a few
questions for you if you dont mind.

I did lie about one thing, not that it is real important.
I never got rid of my xv-500, only because it was such a
different design. I am hoping you know the body style I am
talking about. I was wondering if you could tell me if I
put a Floyd Rose tremelo on it, would it cause too much
strees on the body and cause it to snap. I cannot stand
the tremelo it came stock with.

I know you prolly wont help me, but I figured its worth a
shot. I would rather not go through the trouble of routing
it out in order to find out I have ruined a good guitar.

Thanks for all your help

Daniel

Priceless. Sounds like he found out he was up against someone who knew what he was talking about, and that made one of them who did!
