I think he makes a living out of deception. I can tell from the description that it's the same guy who turned a lower model into a jem copy then boasted that the wizard neck was superior to a super wizard, he wanted a grand for that old mutt, I posted it here but think it's long gone now.

It requires some filing and sanded he said but I think he's done enough of that. He also made sure to let you know that the trussrod was still intact which was surprising considering there wasn't much fingerboard left.
