Item 3780190749... One week ago, I bought EXACTLY the same guitar (albeit black) for +/- 700 USD - and in even condition. And I already had one - which means ther aren't THAT rare. Isn't 1650 a tad on the high side, then ?

...seems dodgy to me, if you go down to the bottom there is a picture of the back of the headstock and the serial number is covered by a username, and it' not his one, so I searched for that user and he looks like he has sold many guitars on the bay, and all the auctions have quite a range of pictures, just like this one, same quality etc.
