Words are inadequate at this point in time, nevertheless, I will endeavour to sum up my feelings in an easy to digest soundbite:

What were they thinking?

Wow!! That is stunning. I'm not crazy about the pickguard but the finish is gorgeous. And I love the combination of the blue with the gold hardware.

What's going on with the pickup routing and mounting rings, though? They're all messed up. The nut and trem bar are weird too. WTF.

Indeed, I find that the most lively conversations begin with someone asking me, "You paid how much for that fugly POS?"

15 bids so far! For the worst paintjob, ever. (followed a close second by that heritage les paul crayon job last week.) This is probably going to go for as much as a normal les paul!

Re: New auctions to laugh at

Check this one out

7317872070

Apparently it has a "Tremlo system made by the respected Pink Floyd which has a 'lock' function to lock the guitar in tune and use the whammy bar with out having to re-tune."

So if the Tremolo is made by Pink Floyd does that make it a Gilmour trem?
