Looking at his feedback, it was probably a genuine mistake. I e-mailed the seller and got this response:

"hi sorry my mum listed it and used the wrong picture ive been trying to get the picture changed but it wont let me its a jem 7vwh im selling"

I also emailed him and this is the exact same answer (word for word) he gave me, which means he probably had the comment from several potential buyers/good samaritans. Sounded like a genuine mistake.
