I wonder what kind of special brew this guy is smoking. It's cool, but signed by Blues Saraceno? So?

**** has enlightened me to a category of collectible guitars that I was unaware of- signature model guitars signed by well-known guitarists who are not the endorser of that model where the seller thinks this will drive up the price. Imagine how the guitarist feels: "oh, sure, I love signing guitars for my fans- let's see what you've got.... oh, Reb Beach... signature model... uh, that's, um, nice... want a message?... no, just sign it... ok."

If you'll excuse me, I'm off to sell my SRV strat signed by Jimmy Vaughn, JEM signed by Satch, JS signed by Vai, Telecaster signed by Les Paul, and Tom Delonge Strat signed by Billy Joe Armstrong for some serious dough.

Nice guitar, but does this guy really expect to get $4500!!!!

Judging by the tone of his description he needs to take few lessons in salesmanship

Seller's ego must be just short of the original owner's, considering what was on Maestro Alex Gregory's album cover.

Rich Pike........who was Steves's personal assistant for good 10 years (and was the person who introduced Mikey to Steve btw) is just getting rid of most bits and pieces he kept during the time with Steve.
Rich is a solid guy and all the people who've dealt with him will tell you so and he is on good terms with Mikey and Steve so all his stuff is 100% genuine.

Best piece of Steve Vai memorabilia on the 'bay right now. You see posters and CDs signed by him..... and then a guitar that was burnt in a fire in which he almost perished. That's worth the $1800 as a conversation piece alone!

Check out what this music store says:

Quote:
The Music Ground name has become famous worldwide as obtainers of rare and vintage instruments but - hey - don't take our word for it - take a look at some of the famous people who are regular customers of ours:
Yes, a music shop isn't worth anything unless someone that has a record contract has shopped there.

can't believe bidding is up to $137 with two days to go on an edge pro 2!

i can only guess that those bidding don't know the difference.
