It's special, it has 25 frets!
Not to mention the £50 he's quoting for shipping

And the £50 shipping is like asking the buyer to smile whilst they get royally shafted.

IBANEZ JEM 777
"This auction is not for the faint of heart. You rarely see these anymore. I couldn't find one anywhere on the web. And I've been looking for a while now."

I guess this seller should get glasses, I can count on fingers and toes two times over on how many I have seen on the evilbay alone. Ahhh the fine art of rapping up your sale.

There's nothing overpriced about that. In fact cream mounting rings original for a burst would set you back $6000 each.

Re: New auctions to laugh at

The parts business on high end vintage is no different than new guitars. If you had to build a guitar with all new parts you bought seperate that guitar would cost twice as much as if you had just bought it whole. When you're talking about $200-$400,000 guitars, the parts start to get real expensive too.

Are people actually stupid enough to buy any of these things?? Other than providing comedy value to the likes of us, these things are just plain bad
