yes guitar stores get them for free. And you can get them for free from the guitar stores, but if a guitar stores are selling them for money then it's too much.

Does the edge pro 2 not have a little ridge in it like the original edge's?

How does it stay in?

No mate, the Edge Pro 2 has a clamp on the underside of the trem that the arm fits into and that keeps it tight. Like always they work loose
