probably because the legal system takes sooooooooooo long. ever tried to get an insurance claim?

and especially if ones based in a capitalist country and the other is communist! (ps both capitilism and communism are rubish)

LMAO! Have you looked at the "Ibanez" guitars? They have models that are even too lame for BC Rich. The also sell "Ferder" guitars. Sheesh!

That's why I posted their registar info. It'd be much easier for Ibanez to have godaddy or SITEREPTILE.NET close that site than it would for them to try to prosecute them in China.
