Opinions on these 'bay necks?

Hi!
I find on the bay a shop with cheap necks that fits most ibanez..
The dimensions are quite similars to the jem neck:
a : Width at Nut 43mm
b : Width at Last Fret 57mm
c: Thickness at 1st 19mm
d : Thickness at 12th 21mm
The necks are also scalloped 20-24th frets
Does anyone has tried these necks?
