Price Check VSBL in UK

Thinking of selling my VSBL.

It's 2002, in near mint condition, the Ibanez decal has 1.14mm missing from the tip and there are ever so slight scratch marks on the back only viewable in the right light.

It has a custom scratch plate (blue + white swirl), and matching blue and white strat style knobs.

It comes with the UV1000 Case, the whammy bar, all tools, original scratch plate and knobs.
Was set up recently by a pro tech, and had the frets redone.

Price checking - there's one at an expensive but reputable UK store's website for I think £1399.

I would wager that for every buyer who thinks the modifications you've done are cool there'll be two who would want it in original condition.

I would have thought about £1000 - £1100 in the UK. But thats the higher bracket. Anymore than that and it wouldnt be worth it really. It may be worth putting it back to stock though. Buyers will prefer it. You could then sell the spare parts after or keep them.

Hmmm ok.

The one in Guitar Amp and Keyboard in brighton is still at £1899 tho they'll probly knock it down to £1799 if you asked.

Would have thought I would be able to get more for it.

Therein is your clue! It's STILL £1899, and it's not been sold. The second hand market is really poor at the moment for guitars like these as it's quite simply much cheaper to get one from america off "the auction site".
