Question about overseas buyer

I have a buyer interested in my Universe, but he is from Singapore.He says he is willing to pay all paypal fees and shipping.Is this a big risk on my part?He has very few posts here, under the name "angelmozart".

As long as the money is totally and demonstrably in your account before posting, I can't see any issue.....?

Check the SNAD policy of Paypal in your area.

Between the US and Europe, it is different. I guess it will be different in Asia as well.

Transfer the money from your paypal account to your bank account and wait for the funds to show in your bank account before shipping anything (and also ask the buyer to cover the paypal fees ...).

Ask for Western Union or a bank transfer. If they send you money on a stolen credit card through the 'Bay the card company will come looking for it. And then you'll be out the guitar and the money. I think I would just say "Sorry" personally. Singapore is tricky if the user isn't one of the long standing members here. I wouldn't part with my guitar unless unless it was one of our own, because the chance of getting bitten from Singapore is much higher than say...Seattle.

If it's a personal account that can only accept cash payments then it doesn't matter, just make sure it's shipped with tracking or Paypal could try and take it back if the buyer files a claim for non receipt.

I think I'm getting a few perspectives here...if he pays through paypal, and I wait for the money to be in my actual bank account, then it will be fine?

Or is it best if he pays Paypal with cash, and THEN I can accept it?

Also, it isn't through Evilbay, I have it for sale here.He actually seems legit, he posts at Sevenstring.org, I have seen his conversations there where it seems like he had a hard time buying from someone else due to living in Singapore.
