Hey all........
Thought I would give a quick update on Patrick.......
I just called him moments ago, thinking I was just going to leave a voice mail. I was just going to let him know everyones thinking of him & wants him to get well soon. He actually answered the phone. He told me to go ahead & post an update real quick. Right now hes suffering from severe migraines. He wanted to get online and say hi himself and answer a few e-mails & what not, but, last thing ya probably want to do when ya have a severe headache, is try & stare at a computer screen. His neck is still healing as well. He cant really turn his head. They had to cut some of his neck muscle as part of the surgery. They had to do two surgeries to get the tumor out. If I heard him correctly, he said it was "non" cancerous. He gets the staples in the back of his head removed monday, and he'll find out more. Unfortunately, the pain meds hes on either make him sick to the point of throwing up, (real bad with migraines) or they make his body feel good, but do nothing for his head.
He said it would be at least a month before he gets back to work. Under the circumstances, I would think he would need longer. What a guy. Being in that much pain, you couldnt tell from talking to him. So.......anyway. I guess on Patricks behalf....he says hi, and just wanted to let y'all know whats going on. He'll be getting online himself and returning phone calls as soon as his headaches subside.
