Real, Fake, or Custom Neck??

I want to know if this neck is real, fake or custom? He will be selling it soon and I wanna know.

Fake or aftermarket, Ibanez did not make it.

yes... its no real. its custom. Ibanez did (does) not make these white pearloid inlays and stem.

Well the auction listing actually reads "non-Ibanez JEM style neck with a very nice vine inlay", so I am going to go with that.

Im thinking its fake bc Why would you want it to say ibanez jem?

But im no expert

What's the difference? Ibanez didn't make it. Some would say it is fake, others would say it is custom. Depends on if you are talking to a purist, or to an enthusiast. Semantics, really.

my Jem proyects has CUSTOM necks, but in your case... its a FAKE
