Seller says no alterations, so it definitely is a fake.

What kind of bridge is that? Is the Vine Inlay supposed to stop like that? What a bunch of jerks.

The vine stops at the 12th fret on the legit 555s, too.

It's not a "lawsuit" body, just a copy. The lawsuit version were the copies from the 70s that got them sued by Gibson. This body is just a crappy Jem copy, and there's not much Rich can do about those. It's the whole guitar with the Ibanez logo and vine inlays that he'll go after. All the others can be considered as "tribute" guitar parts.
