I tried to sell my custom GMC swirl project on that particular auction site but it was pulled for and I quote: "MC019 **** Listing Removed: Trademark Breach"

The only thing that wasnt an original Ibanez/Dimarzio part was the swirled body but they still removed it and somehow let these 100% fakes through...

I don't know what happened in your situation, but nobody is letting any 100% fakes through.

Until they give me definitive guidelines for body trademarks, none of those are touched, even the couterfeit Chinese bodies that have sold on e-bay. Right now only full factory made counterfeit guitars [not "customs"] and factory and "aftermarket" neck auctions are being closed. If a "custom" has a factory made counterfeit neck on it, it's closed, not if it has an aftermarket neck.

Ah cool thanks Rich I thought for a moment that those copies were actually getting sold. As for mine well it lasted a full 7 days on the UK site but when I relisted it I added US visibility and it ended up flagged or reported within hours. Looking back on it now I'm sure it was my stupid fault for having the word "replica" in the item description
